Chaos Fractal Breakout

Chaos Fractal Breakout strategy is based on indicators of Billy Williams: Awesome, Accelerator, Alligator and fractals. This strategy is for intraday and swing trading.

Time Frame 15 min or higher.

Currency pairs: any.

Indicators:

Alligator is formed by 3 simple moving averages (13/8/5) ( with a shift of 8/5/3);

Fractals - 5 bars;Awesome Oscillator (AO) ; Acceleration Oscillator (AC) .

Buy signal

Alligator and fractal

1. the price is above the Alligator's teeth place a Buy Stop 1 pip or 2 pips above the high of the up fractal.

The Awesome and Accelerator are in the following conditions

AO:

AO cross zero line from negative to positive values green bar.

AC:

AC cross zero line from negative to positive values green bar.

Sell

Alligator and fractal

2. the price is below the Alligator's teeth line, place a Sell Stop order of 1 pip- or 2 pips below the low of the down fractal.

The Awesome and Accelerator are in the following conditions

AO:

AO cross zero line from positive to negative values red bar.

AC:

AC cross zero line from positive to negative values red bar.

Exit when (Alligator) lines are closing or with ratio stop loss 1:1.3 stop loss. Place initial stop loss on the previous swing high/low.
