Beyond any doubt, this is a profitable Forex strategy if you follow
all of its rules. We advise you to use the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY,
GBP/JPY currency pairs.
Time Frame 5 min
Sessions: London and New York.
Forex Indicators:
Parabolic Sar (0.005 – 0.2)
Parabolic SAR (0.02 – 0.2),
MACD (48, 72, 14).
Trading rules
Buy
Parabolic Sar
(0.005 – 0.2) dot below the price.
Parabolic Sar
(0.02 – 0.2) dot below the price.
MACD Histogram
above signal line.
Sell
Parabolic Sar
(0.005 – 0.2) dot above the price.
Parabolic Sar
(0.02 – 0.2) dot above the price.
MACD Histogram
below signal line.
Take-profit 15 -20 pips, or use
trailing stop or with fast predetermined profit target. Initial stop
loss 10 pips below/above the entry bar.
This system do not have a great
profitability but if managed it's a winning system.
