Entry Points

Long Entry

Buy Zone EMA's band > 100 EMA

Look for a rally back (price) toward the 3 EMAs for an optimal entry.

Check the Stochastic oscillator; it should be oversold, with a value above +30.

When the Stochastic crosses towards the up direction and is > 50, initiate a buy.

Short Entry

Sell Zone EMA's band < 100 EMA

Wait for a rally back toward the 3 EMAs for the most favorable entry.

Verify the Stochastic oscillator is overbought, with a value above +70.

When the Stochastic crosses towards the down direction and is < 50, consider selling.

Risk Management:

Stop Loss:

Place the stop loss 3 pips below or above the upper or lower 50 EMA.

Take Profit:

Aim for a price objective of 7-12 pips or better.

This strategy leverages the relationship between EMAs and Stochastic oscillator readings to identify potential market movements for efficient short-term trading.
